La Fiesta is a spacious Mexican eatery with a nice vibe downtown on Main Street. The margaritas are pretty good, but the mix lacks flavor, so it’s best to choose ones that compensate. They have a novel drink called The Tower Margarita that holds three liters. BEWARE: There’s no lifeguard on duty.

On a previous visit, I enjoyed their shredded beef quesadilla, so this time I went with the enchilada version with red sauce. It was decent, but next time I’ll try it with green sauce.

My wife ordered the Super Fresh Burrito. It is very healthy, but dry. However, if you ask for some green sauce, it becomes a tasty dish. The joint gets loud during peak hours due to so many reflective surfaces. Elizabeth behind the bar took great care of us. That gal is a hard worker and does it with a smile. Street parking is catch-as-catch-can, which is tough since the street is torn up. I feel for these businesses.
