Pixiu Mala Hongtang PDX is a hot pot restaurant that let’s you choose your ingredients. It’s a bit like a Mongolian grill. You take a bowl and put in the vegetables, noodles and some meat. Although the main protein is added when cooked. It reminds me a lot of Pho, but better. Street parking is catch as catch can. ✌🏻
