Ridgefield is blessed to have Fuel Bistro. They serve a variety of dishes, but the star attractions are their sandwiches. They’re both savory and delicious. The hard part is choosing which one. After consulting with our waiter, I chose The Gunmen Melt. It has shaved prime rib, Gruyère and cheddar cheese, bacon, horseradish aioli, and spicy bacon jam on grilled garlic Texas toast. Hungry yet? It was fantastic. I would visit more often if Fuel were closer. ✌🏼
