Darbar Halal Market

DarBar Halal Market is a new and unusual, not easy to explain business. This family run market sells fruit, vegetables, nuts, meat, cooking ingredients, pastries and drinks. Much of which is imported. But they also sell jewelry. And they serve food at very good prices. I visited because someone was talking big game about their burger, saying it’s the best one in our area. Such a claim merits investigation. I tried their jalapeno smash-burger. It comes with two patties, onions and jalapenos, of course. All the toppings are super fresh. It has an tangy avocado based sauce. That with the seasoning creates a somewhat unique burger. I don’t share the opinion that it’s the best but I will say it’s very good and the price is fab. I’m interested to try their other offerings.✌🏻
