Vancouver Station, 1817 SE 164th Ave, Vancouver, WA 98683, sits between Gustav’s and Big Al’s. The food cart park is in the soft opening phase. There’s only a handful of carts so far, and some are present but not open yet. There are also banners for carts advertising that they will be joining.
At this point, the most notable things about Vancouver Station are inside the building. They have a coffee bar and what looks like it will be an ice cream bar, but the real winner is the adult beverage bar. Not only does it have 36 taps, but we were very pleasantly surprised to discover that they offer cocktails and are well stocked with some great mixers and liqueurs such as Luxardo Maraschino, green Chartreuse, and four different amaros. We were told they have a lot more bottles coming. That makes this bar one of the best in Vancouver.
They have a few TVs, two of which are massive. Some of the tables outside have fire pits. Vancouver Station claims to be the largest food pod in the USA, with space for 43 carts. We’re not sure about that, but we really like their classy vibe. Now they just need more carts.
