New Vancouver Food Truck/Cart Plaza Under Construction

A new food cart and truck park is currently under construction off the SE 1500 block of 164th, near Gustav’s and Big Al’s. The developer, who opened a Hillsboro location two years ago with 27 carts, claims that Vancouver Station will accommodate 40 vendors and will be “America’s Largest Food Cart Plaza.”
According to their website (vancouverfoodcarts.com), the projected opening is listed as “Fall 2025.” Although it nears completion it appears questionable if they’ll meet that deadline, but there’s little doubt it will be open for business soon. They are already accepting applications from carts and trucks.
