New Food Cart Pod Under Construction in East Vancouver

Evergreen Outpost
Yet another food cart pod is under construction at the corner of NE 28th Street and NE 138th Avenue in Vancouver. It’s called Evergreen Outpost and will have space for nine carts and food trucks.
It will also feature Tucker’s Taps, “a 3,200-square-foot tap house named after Tucker, the dog who inspired the spirit of the place. Tucker’s Taps offers a rotating selection of craft beer, cider, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.”
Evergreen Outpost is scheduled to open in the fall of 2026.
