From Flames to Fame: Ringside Back in Business

Ringside, the oldest steakhouse in Portland (1944) will reopen on August 4th. A kitchen fire on April 5th forced the award winning restaurant to closes their doors. But next week they’ll return with a slightly updated menu that includes a couple of seafood entrees (see attached). Of course, their 30 day dry aged steaks will still be the star attraction. Ringside confirmed they’re not bringing back their happy hour but on a positive note, they will offer a three-course Monday Prime Rib Special that includes a mixed green salad, prime rib with horseradish and Yorkshire pudding, and crème brûlée for just $57.
