We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our retail environment, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient store management. Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service and addressing customer inquiries or concerns effectively.
• Manage cash handling processes, including cash register operations and daily financial reconciliations.
• Utilize retail math to analyze sales data, track inventory levels, and forecast future sales trends.
• Train, recruit, and develop team members to enhance their skills in sales/food management and customer engagement.
• Implement promotional strategies to drive sales and maximize profitability within the store.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout that promotes a positive dining experience.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop action plans for improving store performance.

Skills

• Proficiency in sales management techniques to drive revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of retail math concepts for effective inventory management and sales analysis.
• Excellent mathematical skills for cash handling accuracy.
• Experience operating cash registers and handling transactions efficiently.
• Ability to negotiate effectively with customers to close sales successfully.
• Previous experience as a clerk or in a similar retail role is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for transaction processing.
• Strong recruiting skills
